Section No. 52 that Section No. 63 of Ordinance No. 1284
of 'the County of Butte, entitled LIBRARY 630-011 is hereby amended
Iby renumbering same to Section No. 64. {This amendment only
changes the Section number of the Ordinance, the provisions of
the aforesaid Section No. 63 shall remain in tact in the new
Sebtion No. 64).
Section No. 53 that Section No. 64 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, entitled FARM AND HOME ADVISOR 631-000 is
hereby amended by renumbering same to Section No. 65. (This
amendment only changes the Section number of the Ordinance, the
provisions of the aforesaid Section No. 64 shall remain in tact in

Section No. 54 that Section No, 65 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, entitled MEMORIAL HALLS 641-000 is hereby
amended by renumbering same to Section No. 66. (This amendment
only changes the Section number of the Ordinance, the provisions
of the aforesaid Section No. 65 shall remain in tact in the new
Section No. 66).
Section No. 55 that Section~No. 66 of Ordinance No. 1284
lof the County of Butte, entitled DATA PROCESSING 704--001 is hereby
amended by renumbering same to Section No. 67. {This amendment
only changes the Section number of the Ordinance, the provisions
of the aforesaid Section No. 66 shall remain in tact in the new
Section No. 67).
Section No. 56 that Section No. 67 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, entitled AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT
979--OOO is hereby amended by renumbering same to Section No. 68.
(This amendment only changes the Section number of the Ordinance,
the provisions of the aforesaid Section No. 67 shall remain in
tact in the new Section No. 68).
Section No. 57 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, entitled PAYMENT OF SALARIES is hereby
amended by renumbering same to Section No. 69. (This amendment
only changes the Section number of the Ordinance, the provisions
of the aforesaid Section No. 68 shall remain in tact in the
new Section No, 6g}.

of the County of Butte, entitled EFFECTIVE DATE is hereby amended
by renumbering same to Section No. 70. (This amendment only
.changes the. Section number of the Ordinance, the provisions of the
aforesaid Section No. 69 shall remain in tact in the new Section
No. 7p).
This ordinance sha11 take effect on September 20, 1975
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before
the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Soard of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 19th day of August , 1875 by the
following vote:
