Resolutio 1 No. 16-007
WHEREAS the County of o'utte desires to participate in the dward loyme Memori1,1 Justice
Assistance Grant Progra I supported by federal Formula Grant funds -nd -dministered by the Board
of State and Community Corrections (hereafter referred to as BSCC).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Chief Ad li inistrative Officer,
aul Hahn, is authorized on behalf of the ;utte Countymoard of Supervisors to sub li it the grant
proposed for this funding and sign the Grant Agreement with the oSCC, including any amend ents
thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that federal grant funds received hereunder shall not be used to
supplant expenditures controlled by this body.
BE VT FURTHER RESOLVED that the county agrees to abide by the statutes and regulations
governing the federal ForLula Grants program as well as the terms and conditions of the Grant
Agreement as set forth by the BSCC.
