AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE,_KNOWN AS THE.rrSALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte entitled ELECTIVE OFFICERS, is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
~~~Notwithstanding the provisions of this section,
each day a Justice Court Judge other than a judge whose salary
is controlled pursuant to Government Code Section 71402, is
sitting temporarily on assignment by the Judicial Council in
another Justice Court within this county, said Justice Court
Judge shall receive his regular salary and the additional amount
of $42.67, provided if the assigned judge's home court is filled
by assignment then in that event payment shall be made pursuant
to Government Code Section 68540.7.
This ordinance shall take effect on September 26, 1975
which is g0:;days after the date of its adoption, and before
the expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 26th day of August' , 19`75
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Richter, Madigan, McKillop and
Chairman Ladd
