RESOLUTION Ar ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4087 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOVVN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference F (Effective 01/02/2016) of Salary Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of Butte entitled
Butte entitled "Confidential Unit" by adding the following classification:
Class Code Salary Range Classification Bi-VILeeisly :i-Weekly
Step 1 Step 7
1007 40 Associate Clerk of the Board $1593.06 $2,134.86
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E (Effective 01/02/2016) of Salary Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of r.utte entitled
"Butte County Management Supervisory Unit BCMEA",
by deleting the following classification:
Class Code Salary Range Classification Bi-Weekly Bi-VVeekly
Step 1 Step 7
1007 40 Associate Clerk of the Board $1593.06 $2,134.86
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE' thatthe Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 4 of Ordinance No, 4087 of the County of I.utte entitled "020 Administration" by deleting therefrom the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 8914 Manager, Support Services-C
And adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1001 1007, 8901,8902 Associate Clerk of the Board, Administrative
Assistant, Senior-C, Administrative Assistant-C
thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 23 of Ordinance No. 4087 of the County of ..utte entitled "570 Employment and Social Services" by
adding the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 5331 Supervisor, Social Work
thereby increasing the total allocations by one (1).

the following vote:
