RESOLUTION OF THE BOAR* OF SUPERVISO l'S OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AUTHORIZING
TH.11.1., DIRECT!SR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIA M REPRESENTATIVE FOR
iUTTE COUNTY IN EXECUTING P .!..OGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 049-N1 TO ADMINISTERING
AGENCY—STATE AGREEMENT OR FE!.IPERAL-AID PROJECTS, '.:','i ASTER AGREEMENT NO.
03-5912R
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive Federal-Aid funding for certain transportation projects,
through the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2007,the Board of Directors of the County of Butte approved and authorized
execution of Master Agreement, Administering Agency - State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-
591.2R; and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California for the Lincoln Blvd
Sidewalk Improvements from Arnold Avenue to Myers Street, HSIPL-5912(087), under said Master
Agreement, Administering Agency— State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-5912R requires
execution of Program Supplement Agreement No. 049-N1 to said Master Agreement; and
WHEREAS,the Director of Public Works signed Program Supplement Agreement No. 049-N-I on February 3,
2016 and submitted it to Caltrans based on the January 9, 2007 Board authorization; and
WHEIR.EAS, Cal-trans now requests Board of Supervisor approval for Program Supplement Agreements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that:
1. The Program Supplement Agreement No. 049-N1 signed by the Director of Public Works
on February 3, 2016 and submitted on behalf of the County is hereby authorized and
ratified; and
2. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte shall be authorized to
provide certified copies of the Resolution for attachment to Program Supplement
Agreement No. 049-N1 to the above Master Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 23rd
day of February, 2016, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
