RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DORIAN KITTRELL,
BUTTE COUNTY 'H IO L HEALTH DIRECTOR TO SIGN
AND THE CHAIR TO APPROVE THE END ENT
BETWEEN STATE DEPARTMENT OF ,, ALTH CARE SERVICES
AND BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF 1:EHAVIORAL HEALti,

WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to enter into the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug/Medi-Cal agreement amendment for
FY 2014-15 through FY 2016-17; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Dorian Kittrell, Director, Butte
County Behavioral Health to sign the agreement amendment for FY 2014-15 through FY 2016-17„
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2014-15 is 3„675,5807 and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2015-16 is $4,178,354;, and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount receivable for FY 2016-17 is$4,090,545(this is an increase of$1,222„313); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by
the Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a new multi-year
total of$11,944,479 and to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment.

vote:
