RESOLUTION AMENDING OR' INANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTT"E, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, 1 E IT RESOLVED that the card of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 10 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "020-County Administration" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1001 Deputy Chief Financial Officer
And adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1,00, 1003 Assistant Chief Administrative Officer
Thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 13 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "320-District Attorney" by deleting therefrom
the following:

And adding there to the following:
