AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1071 ZONING
A PORT TON OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF -
ORNTA, AN "A-3" (AGRICULTURAL} DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of„Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 1071 (Amending "A-3" Agricultural) Dis-
trio, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located in '~xe~~uai~rcorporated area of Butte County, Oroville,
more particularly described as:
The SW's Of the NW 4 of Sec 2 6 , T19N, R4E, MDB &M .
Containing 40 acres, more or less.
That this Qrdinance shall take .effect thirty {3Q} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the ,members voting for .and against the same in the
Oroville Mercury-• •- ~~~•-- -• W ~------ •,, a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 3rd day of
September 1975, by the following vote:
