Resolution No. 16-057
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 or THE
Ow UNTY OF B1 ITE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 11!'ESOLVEP by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "541-Behavioral Health" by deleting therefrom
the following:
Position Class Code Classification
LOU 1043 Accountant
LOU 1033 Personnel Operations Specialist
.50 4061/4058 Medical Records Technician, Senior/Medical Records

And adding there to the following:

Section 8 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "550-Child Support Services" by deleting
therefrom the following:

1.00 3705 Program Manager, Child Support Services
1.00 3731 Supervisor, Child Support Specialist
And adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2.00 3748/3749/3750 Child Support Specialist 111/11/I
Thereby all allocations remain unchanged.
NOW,THEREFORE, 4E IT RESOLVED by the ;oard of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 25 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "360-Sheriff Coroner" by deleting there from
the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1042/1043 Accountant, Senior/Accountant
Thereby decreasing allocations by one (1).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference L "Non-Represented Classifications" of Ordinance No. 4109 to reflect there to:
