RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED
MILEAGE WITHIN BUTTE COUNTY
WI I EREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highway Code provides that in May of each year County shall
submit to the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its mileage of
maintained County roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS,the Department of Transportation,State of California,in 2015 certified to the State Controller
that the total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1,299.205 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained County roads is 1,289.956 miles.
NOW AND THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the total mileage of maintained County roads decreased
to 1,289.956 miles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26th day of April, 2016, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
