WHEREAS, 1 utte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County
Board of Supervisors to enter into the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug/Medi-Cal
agreement for FY 201445 through FY 201647; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Dorian Kittrell, Director,
Butte County Behavioral Health,to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 201445 through FY 201647.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED LVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is
authorized by the Board of Supervisors to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment.
PASSED AND RTE by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 10th day of May, 2016, by the
following vote:
