The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "P-Q'T (Public Quasi-Public) District for a per~,od of 120 days, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions anc~ restricted use.G and regulations hereinafter speczf ied and provided. Said area so zoned being located in Durham more particularly described as: A portion of Durham State Land Settlement mare particularly described as: All that property located north of and within 650 feet of the north boundary of "North Addition to Durham" per map of Record in book l on page 40 of the Butte County Recorder, west of Midway, and east of the northerly prolonga- tion of the easterly right-of -way line of Putney Driven Identified as a portion of AP 40-18-05, containing l2 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "P-Q" (PUBLIC QUASI- PUBLTC) DISTRICT: The following regulations shall apply in a "P-Q" District: 2 . L USES P~.tMITTED: ao •Public schools b. Public parks c. All uses of land not specifically authorized and permitted in Section 2 are prohibited within the district. SECTION 4. ~n compliance with the provisions of ,said Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the .Game is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in full. SECTTON 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be aG provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance .shall from and after its effective date become a Gupplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. This urgency ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen {l5) days after its passage, shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same in the Chico Enterprise-Record--_,__,~, a newspaper in general. circulation in the County of Butte, State of Californian The facts constituting the urgency on which this Ordinance is based are: 1.
