RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28, Reference il of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Probation Peace Officers'
Association Unit Classifications (PPOA)" by deleting the following classification:
Class Code Classification Title
5504 Program Manager, Probation
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28, Reference K of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte, entitled "Probation Peace Officers'
Association-Management Unit Classifications" by adding the following classification:
