The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it i,s hereby zoned a,s an '~S-2" (Suburban) District far a period of 180 days, and such area .shall be .subject to the restrictions and restricted u.Ges and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Said area sa zoned being located northeast of Chica, Stilson Canyon, more particularly described as: Beginning at the center of Sec 28, T22N, R2E, MDB&M, east along the east-west centerline of said Sec 28, 880 ft; thence north~to Little Chico Creek; thence meandering southwesterly along Little Chico Creek to the north-south centerline of said 'Sec 2$; thence along said north-south centerline N Ol° 03' 12" W, 1300.52 ft, thence S 76° 55' 47" W, 2937..42 ft• thence S 57° 55' 47" W .424 23 ft• thence S 84~' 40' 47" W, 7.67.5 ft; thence 5:`.01:° 38~'~58" E to the east-west centerline of Sec 29, T22N, R2E,.;MDB&M;:: thence east along said east-west centerline to-the Ez earner of said Sec 29; thence south along the east line of said Sec 29 to the base of a bluff line; thence meandering northeasterly along the base of ,Said bluff line to the westerly line of "Stilson Canyon Subdivision'x per map recorded in Book 34 on Paget 47. and 42 of the Butte County Recorder.; thence southerly along the westerly line of said ":Stilson Canyon Subdivision`s to the east -west .centerline of 'Sec 28, T22N, R2E, MDB&M; thence east along said centerline to the point of beginning. Single-family dwellings, not including tents or ., ~~ mobile home. _. b. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted area . 202 AGRICULTURAL USES, FCEPT LIVESTOCK SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: a. For each horse or head of cattle over one year of age, eight thausand ane hundred twenty-f ive (8,125} sq, ft. b. For each head of swine over ten (10} weeks of age, eight thousand one hundred twenty-five (8,125) sq. feet . c. In compliance with the provisions of ,said Z3 Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding I4 this Ordinance in full. 15 SECTION 6. The penalities for the violation of the 16 zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided 17 in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and 18 after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the 19 Zoning Enabling Ordinance. 20 SECTION 7a This urgency ordinance shall take effect 2x immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of 22 fifteen (15} days after its passage shall be published once with 23 the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for 24 and against the same in the Chico En~er~~se-Record , a newspaper 25 in genera]. circulation in the County of Butte, state of 26 California.
