PROCLAL,1ATION OF TE''!MIN TION OF LOCAL E:t' ERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte. In accordance with the
proclamation thereof by the Chief Administrative Officer, on the 22nd day of July, 2015, caused by drought and
the Board of Supervisors did ratify the action, of said by the Chief Administrative Officer, on the 28th day of July
2015; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said, conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the
control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, it is recognized that drought conditions still exist in Butte County and the need for
conservation measures remain.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of utte, State of California, does hereby
proclaim the termination of said local emergency,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the 'ipoard of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 14th day of June,
2016, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
