RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY (LGA) COODINATOR FROM THE
PROBATION DEPARTMENT TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE LGA FOR ACTIVITIES RELATED TO
PROVIDING TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE.
WHEREAS,the Butte County Board of Supervisors previously entered into agreement with Ramsell Public
Health and Safety, to provide a comprehensive program-management for Medi-Cal Administration (MAA) and
Targeted Case Management (TCM) for the County; and
WHEREAS, to provide such services it is required to have a Local Governmental Agency (LGA) for Butte
County; and
WHEREAS, the Probation Department wishes to become the LGA for the County of Butte and act as the
LGA Coordinator for MAA and TCM services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the LGA Coordinator from the Probation Department or
Designee is authorized on behalf of the Butte County Board of Supervisors to execute documents on behalf of
the LGA for activities related to providing TCM services in the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors, this 28th day of June, 2016, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert,Teeter and Chair Connelly
