AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF ',
1 BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "RT-1 -A" (MINIMUM
DENSITY-RESIDENTIAL-TRAILER} DISTRICT, PURSUANT
2 TO ORDINANCE NO. 475, AS AMENDED

3 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
4 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
b County being the zoning Enabling Qrdinance of said County, as
6 amended , DO ORDAIN , as fol lo~~ s :
7 SECTION 1, The hereinafter described area, situated in
8 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is
9 hereby zoned as an "RT-1-A" (Minimum-Density Residential-Trailer)
10 District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
11 restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided
12 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of
13 Butte County, near Paradise, California, more particularly
14 described as :
15 Lots 331, 335, 343 thru 558, 572 thru 577, and the Wz
of Lots 332, 333 and 334 of "Fir Haven Sub." per map of
1B record in Map Book 21 on Page .35 of the Butte County
Recorder .

That portion of the SW4 of Sec 24, T23N, R3E, MDB&M,
18 ~ located south cjf TPerry Road, west of Wood Road and
east of Old Skyway, excepting therefrom that described
~-~ as follows
20 Lots 561, 562, 563, 58'7 thru 596 of "Fir Haven
Sub" per map of record in Baok 2l vn Page 35 of the
2l Butte C~aunty Recorder and that Qartion of Sec 24

SECTION 20 REGULA TIONS FO'R AN "RT-1-A" DISTRICT:

The fallowing regulations shall apply in an "RT-1-A"

Statutes and regulations and to local require-
ments of the Health Departmento

SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not
specifically authorized and permitted in Sec 2 are prohibited.
SECTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of the
zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding
this Ordinance in full,
SECTION 5e The penalties i'or the violation of the zon~
ing hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in
the Zoning Enabling Ordinanceo In compliance with the provision
of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this ordinance shall be from

and after its effective date became a supplement to and part
of the Zoning Enabling Ordinaneeo
SECTION &. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
(30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expira-
tion of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this ordinance
shall be published once with the names of the members of the
Board of Supervisors vo ting far and against it in the
Paradise Post ,~-a newspaper published in the County of
Butte, State of Ca,liforna.a.
