RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREVENTION EDUCATION PROGRAM
TO PROVIDE PC 1000 SERVICES TO ;UTTE COUNTY RESIDENTS
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County
Board of Supervisors to authorize Prevention Education Program as a provider for PC 1000 services for FY 2016-
17 through FY 2019-20; and
WHEREAS, Prevention Education Program is a certified provider for the above mentioned services; and
WHEREAS, the County is mandated to offer these services; and
WHEREAS, Prevention Education Program will reimburse Butte County Department of Behavioral Health
5% of all gross program revenues/fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is
authorized by the Board of Supervisors to allow Prevention Education Program to provide PC 1000 services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26th day of July, 2016, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
