RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28, Reference F of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Confidential Employees
(Effective 01/02/2016-2% and Effective 12/31/2016-2%)” by adding there to the following:

Supervisory Unit, 'BCMEA'(Effective 01/02/2016-2%)” by adding there to the following:

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends

adding there to the following:

3.00 5306 Program Manager, Employment and Social Services-
Children and Adult Services
Thereby decreasing the allocations by two (2).
