RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTrE, KNOWN AS THE"SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
28, Reference F of Ordinance No.4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Confidential Employees(Effective 01/02/2016-2%
and Effective 12/31/2016-2%)" by changing the ranges of the following classifications to reflect there to:

1327 Human Resources Analyst,Associate 41 45
1326 Human Resources Analyst 45 49
1325 Human Resources Analyst,Senior 49 53
1324 Human Resources Analyst, Principal 57 61

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section

81/Q2/2816'296and Effective 12/31/2O16-296)" bychanging the ranges ofthe following classifications toreflect there to:
