The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
~ ORDAIN a.s follow.a
Ordinance No. 1279 {Amending '~A-2 Ltd.s{ Limited)
District, Section l is hereby amended to include the following,
located near Paradi.~e.
That portion of the Goutherly 1853 ft, of the
northerly 3179.5 ft, of See. 23 T23N R3E MDB&M
located within 250 ft. of Skyway.
That portion of Sec. 24 T23N R3E MDB&M located
west of Skyway, excepting therefrom the northerly
1321.5 f t, of said Sec. 24 and the southerly
659.97 ft, of fiaid Sec, 24.
Lots 561, 562, 563, 5$7 through 596 of 'Fir Haven
Sub's per Map of Record in book 21 on page 35 of
the Butte Gounty Recorder and that portion of
Sec, 24 T23N R3E MDB&M bounded on the north by
Perry Road, on the west by Skyway, on the east by
Lot 578 of said ~~Fir Haven ;Sub's and on the south
by lot 596 of said f4Fir Haven Sub's, and that
portion of the southerly 500 ft. of Sec 24, T23N
R3~,~.:MDB~1~,~located east of old Skyway and west
of lots 559 and 560 of said "Fir Haven Sub's o
Excluding therefrom the easterly 50 ft, of the
northerly 275 ft, of the above described parcel.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after it.~ passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Posh
a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 16th day of
