RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DORIAN KITTRELL, BUTTE COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIRECTOR TO SIGN AGREEMENT
AND AMENDMENTS
BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to enter into the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Drug/Medi-Cal agreement for FY 2014-15
through FY 2016-17; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Butte County Board of Supervisors to authorize Dorian Kittrell, Director, Butte
County Behavioral Health to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 2014-15 through FY 2016-17;and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount receivable for FY 2014-15 is$3,679,206 (this is an increase of$3,626); and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount receivable for FY 2015-16 is$4,025,627 (this is a decrease of$152,727); and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount receivable for FY 2016-17 is$4,090,117 (this is a decrease of$428).
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by the
Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a new multi-year
total of$11,794,950 and to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment.

vote:
