RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4109 OF THE Resolution No. 16417
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE"SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
28 Reference E of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Management and Supervisory Unit
(BCM EA) Effective 01/02/16-2%" by changing the ranges of the following classifications to reflect there to:
Class Code Classification, Current Range New Range
4040 Clinic Manager 58 62
4030 Supervisor, Public Health Nursing, 57 63
4035 Supervisor, Nurse 54 59
4044 Supervisor,Therapist 63 65
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section
28 Reference I of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Professional Employees' Unit (PEA) Effective
10/24/15-3W by changing the ranges of the following classifications to reflect there to:

01/02/16-2%and Effective 12/31/16)" by deleting there from:

and adding there to:
