RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 41.09 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "460- Agriculture” by adding there to the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1025/1026/1028 Administrative Analyst, Senior/Administrative Analyst/Administrative
Analyst, Associate
There by increasing the total allocations by 1.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "541- Behavioral Health" by adding there to the
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1051 Manager, Support Services
There by increasing the total allocations by 1.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 19 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "411- Library" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
.25 2815 Library Assistant
There by increasing the total allocations by .25.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference L of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Non-Represented Classifications
(Effective 01/02/16-2% and Effective 12/31/16)" by deleting the following:

NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 29 Reference C of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Appointed Officials with Bi-
Weekly Range Assignments" by adding the following:
