The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN a s follows
Ordinance No. 1495 (Amending "A-101P Agricultural)
District, Sectian 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located Northwest of Chico.
Property located on the SW corner of Anita Road
and State Hwy. 99 more particularly described as:
Being all that part of the N a of the NW 4 of
Section 3l, T23N, R1E, MDB&M, that lies West of
State Hwy. 99.
Excepting therefrom the following described parcel:
Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of
the State Hwy. 99; which said point bears North-
westerly slang the Southwesterly line of said Hwy.
a distance of 450 fto from the intersection of
said Southwesterly line with the South line of the
N z of the NW ~ of said Section 31; thence from
said point of beginning Southeasterly along the
Southwesterly line of the State Hwy. 99, a distance
of 450 ft. to its intersection with the S line of
the N z of the NW 4 of Section 3l; thence Westerly
along the Southerly line of the N z of the NW ~ of
Section 31; a distance of 650 ft; thence Northerly
and parallel with the Westerly line of said Section
31, a distance of 225 ft; thence Northeasterly in a
straight line to a point which bears Westerly and
parallel with the South line of the N z of the NW ~.,
a distance of 310 ft. from the point of beginning;
thence Easterly and parallel with the South line
of said N ~ of the NW ~, a distance of 310 ft. to
the point of beginning, containing 40.3 acres,
more or less.
That this Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty {30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
28 fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it sha11 be published with

the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
