RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "550- Child Support Services" by deleting there
from the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.00 1043 Accountant
1.00 3724/3725/3726 Child Support Attorney 111/11/I
1.00 3724/3725/3726 Child Support Attorney III/II/I
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "550- Child Support Services" by adding there
to the following:

1.00 1026/1028 Administrative Analyst/Administrative Analyst, Associate
1.00 1025 Administrative Analyst, Senior

There by increasing the total allocations by 1.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 11 of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "100-County Counsel" by deleting there from
the following:

There by decreasing the total allocations 1.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
