RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference B of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "'Butte County Correctional
OfficersAssociation - Supervisory Unit" by amending the salary plan for the Classification to include:
Section 28 Reference B (Effective October 22, 2016)-5.2%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference B (Effective October 21, 2017)-2%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference B (Effective October 22, 2018)-4%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 25th day of October,
2016, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
