A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR SUPPLEMENTAL ACTIVITIES AND THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT THERETO FROM THE GENERAL ALLOCATION OF THE STATE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
SECTION 1:
The Butte County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves a Supplemental Activities
Request for grant 12-CDBG-8374 for up to $71434 for the following activity: Public Service— Digital
Literacy Coach.
SECTION 2:
The County has determined that federal Citizen Participation requirements were met during the
development of the 2014 application.
SECTION 3:
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designees, to sign this
supplemental Activity Request and act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to this Supplemental
Activity Request.
SECTION 4:
if the request is approved the Chief Administrative Officer, or designees, is authorized to enter into and sign
grant amendments with the State of California for the purposes of this grant.
SECTION 5:
If the request is approved, Chief Administrative Officer, or designees, are authorized to sign Funds Requests
and other required reporting forms.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 8th Day of
November 2016 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
