RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4109 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 Reference K of Ordinance No. 4109 of the County of Butte entitled "Probation Peace Officers'
Association-Management Unit" by amending the salary plan for the Classification to include:
Section 28 Reference K (Effective December 3, 2016)-6.1%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)

r Section 28 Reference K (Effective December 2, 2017)-2%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
and
Section 28 Reference K (Effective December 1, 2018)-4%
Salary Plan for Classified Positions (See Attachment A)
