AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 995 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA A "C-1" (LIGHT COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.

2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
~ of California, under anal pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
4 Caunty, being the Zaning Enabling Ordinance a,s amended, DO
5 ORDAIN as follows:
g Ordinance No. 995 (Amending '~C-11A Light Co~unercial)
q District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
8 located Northwest of Chico.
9 The southerly 100 ft. of lot 1 of 'xVista Del Monte
Sub's per map of record in. Map Baok 17 on Page 6 of
10 the Butte County Recorder
11 Containing .25 acres, more or less.
12 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
13 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
14 fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shah, be published with
15 the names of the members voting far and against the same in the
16 Chico Enterpxise-Record~~, a newspaper published in the

17 Caunty of Butte, State of California.
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
