This ordinance shall take effect on November 1, 1975
-which is beyond` 30-days after the date of its adoption, an
before the expiration of fifteen (l5? days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in
the County~of Suate, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, this 30th day of STepfem6er 1975
