AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1493 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, A 1°TM-1" DISTRICT,
~, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noo 475 of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO _ .. _.
4 ORDAIN as follows:
g Ordinance No. 1493 {Amending "TM-1" Timber Mountain)
g District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
7 located .,~;~t .~:k= Feather Fa11s,
A portion of T20N, R6 E, MDB&M descr~.bed a
g A portion of NE 4 Section 13 described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of
9 Oak Street and Maple Street, thence Southerly along
the centerline of .said Oak Street and its extension
10 to a point that is the intersection of the center-
lines of said Oak Street and Lumpkin Road, thence
11 Easterly to a point that is the intersection of
the projected centerline of Fir Drive and Lumpkin
12 Road, thence Northerly along the centerline of said
Fir Drive to a point that is the intersection of
13 the centerlines of said Fir Drive and Maple Street,
thence Westerly along the centerline of Maple Street
i4 to the paint of beginning, containing 5 acres, more
or less, east of Feather Falls,

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days

after the date of it.s adoption, and before the expiration of
17
fifteen {15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
18
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
19
Oroville Mercury _ ~~~~,, a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
