AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1507 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
A "TM-10" {TIMBER-MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 475, of said-

County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, D0
4 ORDAIN as follows;
5 Ordinance No. 1507 (Amending "TM-10" Timber-Mountain)
6 District, Section ]. is hereby amended to include the following,

A portion of T20N, R6 E, MDB&M described a
8 The NW 4 of the NW ~ of Section 24, the NE 4 of the

Excepting therefrom the Westerly 3~0' of the

11 A portion of Sections 13 and 14 described as
follows; Beginning at the intersection of the
12 centerlines of Cedar Lane and Lumpkin Road, thence
Easterly along the centerline of said Lumpkin
13 Road to a point that is the intersection of the
centerlines of said Lumpkin Road and the projection
14 of the centerline of Oak Street, thence Northerly
along the centerline of said Oak Street to a
15 point that is the intersection of the centerlines
of said Oak Street and Maple Street, thence
16 Easterly along the centerline of said Maple Street
to a point that is the intersection of the
17 centerlines of said Maple Street and Fir Drive,
thence Southerly along the centerline of said
18 Fir Drive to a point that is the intersection
of the centerlines of said Fir Drive and Lumpkin
19 Road, thence. Easterly along centerline of said
20 Lumpkin Road to a point that is the most Easterly
intersection of the centerlines of said Lumpkin
21 Road and Madrone Circle, thence Northerly and North-
westerly along the centerline of said Ma drone Circle
to the most Northerly point an said centerline,
22 thence Westerly to a point an the centerline of
23 Pine Lane, thence continuing Westerly along center-
line of said Pine Lane to a point that is the
24 intersection of the centerlines of Pine Lane and
Cedar Lane, thence f ollawing the centerline of said
~ Cedar Lane Westerly and Southerly to the point of
beginning. Containing 100 acres, more or less
28 east of Feather Falls.

after the date. of its adoption, and before the expiration of
