The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN a s follows
Ordinance No 0 1497 (Amending 'ATM-40's Timber Mountain)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located ':.'.;:~~- -1:~: Feather Fallso
A portion of T20N RbE, MDB&M described as:
The E z of the E ~ of Section 14, and the W 2
of the W 2 of Section 13.
Exceppting those portions located Northerly of
Lumpkin Road. Containing 150 acres, more or
less, East of Feather Falls.
That this Ordinance shall. take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
