AN ORDINANCE RENAMING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE
#1071 AS AMENDED, CONSOLIDATING "A-3" (AGRICULTURAL}
DISTRICTS AN "A-5" (AGRICULTURAL} DISTRICT
Purpose: In order to establish consistency within
the agricultural zoning districts as to the acreage requirements
within these districts .
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Government Code Title 7,
Article:=~ 2 .t3 65853 do ordain as follows
Butte County Ordinance 10 71 as amended, an ordinance
consolidating "A-3" (Agricultural} zoning districts
is hereby names "A-5" {Agricultural} zoning districts.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty { 30) days
-after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enterprise-Record , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 7th
day of
October , 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Richter, Madigan? McKillop and Chairman Ladd
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
NOT VOTING : None
