The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No, 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN a s follows
Ordinaance No. 1507 (Amending "TM-5" Timber-Mountain}
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
located ea.at of Feather Falls,
The N z of the NW ~ of the SW 4 of Section 14,
T20N, R6E, MDB&M, containing 20 acres, more or
less, east of Feather Falls.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and again.~t the same in the
~,_,~ Orovi7~le Mercury^^_,_,_,_,_,_,,,~,~^~ a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of SupervisorG of the
