The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Noa 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance a.s amended, DO
ORDAIN a s follows
Ordinance No. 1507 (Amending "TM-10" Timber-Mountain)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
located east of Feather Falls.
The 5 ~ of the NW ~, of the SW ~, and the SW 4
of the SW 4 of Section 14, T20N, R6E, MDB&M,
containing 60 acres, more or less, east of
Feather Falls.
That this Ordinance Ghall take effect thirty {30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) day.a after itG passage, it shall be published with
the names of the member.a voting for and against the same in the
~~Oroville Merc~__~~~~~~~_~_, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisor. of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the _ 1~rth~ day of ~~_
