AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1628 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, A "TM--150" (TIMBER-MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1628 (Amending "TM-160" T~ii~ber-Mountain)
Dzstrict, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following,
located east of Feather Fa11s.
All that portion of T20N, R7E, NIDB&M described as:

The SW y, of the SW 4 of Section 19; the N .~ of
the SW ~, the NW ~ and the NW 4 of the NE`'~, of
Section 18• the SW 4, the W z of the SE ~, S
of the NE ~, the W z of the NW ~, and the NE
of the NW 4 of Section 17; also commencing at
the Southwest corner of Section 11, thence
North 20° 54' East 1127.4 feet to the point of
beginning of this description; thence South 37°
30' East 1.500 feet; thence Northeasterly a t
right angles b00 feet; thence Northwesterly at
right angles 1500 feet; thence Southwesterly at
right angles 600 feet to the paint of beginning,
All that portion of T21N, R6E, MDB&M described a s:
