AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1613 ZONING
A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, A "C-F" (COMMERCIAL FORESTRY)
DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN, as follows:
Ordinance No. 1613 (Amending "C~F" Commercial Forestry)
District, Section 1 is kereby amended to include the following
located east of Feather Falls.
Those portions of Sections 31 and 32, T22N R7 E,
1~DB&M, lying South of the Middle F`vrk of t~e
Feather River.
Those. portions of Sections 1 and 36, T22~T, R6 E,
MDBFcM, lying Southerly of Middle .Fork of the
Feather River.
Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, l9T 20, 21,
22, 25, 26 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 ;'
and the W ~, the SE 4 of Section 23, all located in
T21N, R7 E.
Sections 1, 12, 13, 22, 23, 24, 25, 35, 36; those
portions of Sections 2, 11, l4, 15, 21, 27, 28,
and 34 lying Easterly of the Middle Fork of .the
Feather R~:ver; the E 2, the E i of the NW 4, the
NW ~ of the NW ~, and the SE ~ of -the SW ~ of
Section 26; all located in T2lN, R6E.
Those portions in T20N, R7E, described as Sections
2, 3, ~, 5, 6, 7, 8, 16, 20, 21, 29, 30; the por-
tions of Sections 1, 14, 22, 27, 28, 31, 32, and
33 lying northerly and westerly of the South Fork
of the Feather River; the S'~ of the S'~, the S'~ of
the NE's, the NEB of the NEB, the N'~ of the SE 4 of
Sec 18; the SEA of the NW's, the N'~ of the NEB, the
E'~ of the SE ~ of Sec 17; Sec 19 .

of the SW 4 of Section 15 • the SE 4, the W ~ of the
SW 4, the SE 4 of the SW ~ of Section 22; the W 2,
the S 2 of the NE ~; the N z of the SE 4, and the
SW 4 of the SE 4 of Section 23; the E Z of the SE '~
of Section 24• the 5W ~ the S 2 of the SE 4, the
S 2 of the N ~, the NE 4 of the NW ~, and the NW
of the NE ~. of Section 25; the W z, the 5E ~, the
S z of the NE 4, and the NW 4 of the NE ~ of
Section 2b; the NW ~ of the NE ~ of Section 35 and
a strip of land 200 feet in width and 900 feet,
more or less, in length, containing approximately
4.18 acres, the centerline of said strip being
described as follows:
Beginning at a paint in the SW 4 of the NW ~ of
Section 35, said point being the portal of thej
Forbestown powerhouse penstock of the South Fork
Project and said point also being 525 feet, mare
or less, East of and 750 feet, snore or less, North
of the SE corner of the SW ~ of the N~i ~ of said
Section 35; thence approximately S 62 W, a distance
of 900 feet, mare or less, to the point_ of terminus

description; thence S 37 30' East 1500 feet; thence
Northeasterly at right angles 600 feet; thence
Northwesterly at right angles 1500 feet; thence
Southwesterly at right angles 600 feet to the paint
of beginning all of Section 2;
Excepting the SE ~ of the 5E ~ of the SE ~; the
S 3- of the NE ~ of the SE ~ of the SE ~ ~ conta inin

That-this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {lS) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the

County of Butte, State of California.
