AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDATN, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 that Section No. 28 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND PUBLIC
ADMINISTRATOR 320-001, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 - 50% Attorney I, II, III, IV
thereby changing the total from 15 to 15 1/2.
Section 2 that Section No. 29 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, entitled FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION 320-002
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Fositions Classification Title
2 Family Support Investigator
and adding thereto the following:
1 - 50% Attorney I, II, III, IV
3 Family Support Investigator
3 Typist Clerk II
thereby changing the total from 6 to 10 1/2.
-This ordinance shall take effect on November 2g, 1975

before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage:;,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
