HomeMy WebLinkAbout16431 2 3 4 5 7 9 to 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 '~ 23 24 23 26 ORDINANCE N0. 1643 AN ORD INANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 9 9 5 ZON ING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALXFORNIA AN "C-2" {GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows: Ordinance No. 996 (Amending "C-2" General Commercial) District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following, located in Paradise, A portion of Sec 15, T22N, R3E, MDB&M and being Lots 13 and 14 of "Wildwood Sub" per map of record in Map Book 19 vn Pages 37 and 38 of the Butte County Re- corder. Excepting therefrom all that portion located within 350 ft. of the centerline of Skyway. Containing 0.2 acres, more or less. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fif- teen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members vot~,ng for and against the same in the - Paradise Post , a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
