The Butte County Board of Supervisors, State of
California,_ DO ORDAIN as follows:

SECTION 1. Reference is hereby made to. Ordinance
which interim zoned certain land within the unincorporated area
of the County of Buttes Through clerical error the description
of the property that the Board of Supervisors intended to interim
zone is in error. The description of the lands that were
intended to be included ,within Ordinance 1640 is set forth below
and Ordinance 1640 is hereby amended by deleting the description
and the property affected therein and is to read as follows:
Bounded by State Highway 162 (Ora Dam Boulevard
West} on the south, 18th Ave. on the east, Grand
Ave. on the north, and being the west line of
Sec 15 on the west; located in Sec 14 and 15,
T19N, R3E, MDB&M.
Excepting therefrom: Blocks 126 & 131, as shown
on that certain Map entitled, 'Map of Thermalito,
Butte County, Cala", which Map was filed for
record on June $, 1887 in the Office of the
Recorder of the County. of Butte, State of.
California.
SECTION 20 This is an urgency ordinance and shall
take effect immediately upon its passage, and before the expir-
ation of fifteen (15} days after its passage sha11 be published
once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors
voting for and against the same in the Oroville Mercury, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
The facts constituting the urgency on which this Ordinance is
based are:

Ordinance 1640 is not the area intended by the Board of ~Super-
visars. The Board.. of,Superyisors wa.s under the impression when
they adopted Ordinance 1640 thaf the description o t e an
covered is as per the description in. this amending ordinance.
In that Ordinance 164o is an urgency ordinance and took effect
immediately it is mandatory that this ordinance also take effect
immediately for the protection of the health and welfare of the
people of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 9th day of December,
1975, by the following vote:
