of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 928 {Amending "R-4" Maximum-Density
Dwellings Restricted Service) District, Section 1 is hereby
amended to include the following located in Chica, mare
particularly described as follows:
The southerly 115 ft. of the westerly 100 ft. of
Lot 6 of "Almandor Estates Sub" per map of record
in Map Book 27 on Page 24 of the Butte County Recorder.
Containing 1/4 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same .in the
Chico Eni~erprise-Recard , a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the ~,~, 16th ~, da~r of
