The hereinafter descr?bed area s=tuated ~.n the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be ar_d ?t is here- by zoned as an "A-2 Ltd" ELimited} District for a nPriad of 180 days ; ar_d such area shall be sunject to the restr~.ctians and ra- str~.cted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and nravided. Said area so zoned be~.ng located in Orov? 11n , more particularly dQscribed as: Being a portion of Sec 18, T19N, R4E, MDB&~^. Commenc_ng at the NW corner of Lot 1 of "S~~m Indus- trial Tract'' per map of record, Book 1?, Page 33 and. 34. SECTION 5. The penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby imposed ~aithin the district shall bP as provided in tha Z©n~.ng Enabling Ordinance . In compliance with the provi s ? ons of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date become a. supralement to and part of the Zon? ng Enabling Ordinance . SECTION 6.
