AN INTERIM ORDINANCE BONING A PORTION QF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFO~tNIA, ADT "S-2"
(SUBURBAN) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the.County of Butte, 5ta-te
of Californ~ a, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as axnnnded
and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION ~.. The hereinafter dwscribed area situatad in
tl~e County of Butte, State of Cali forma, shall be and it is
hereby zoned as a "S-2" {Suburban) Distr~.ct for a period of 180

stricted uses and regulations hereinafter Sped f? ed and provz ded.

The following regulations sha11 apply in a "5--2"

SECTION S. In compliance with the provisions of said
Zori'ing Enabling Ordinance, the same ~,s hereby amended by adding
this Ordinance in full.
SECTION 6. The penalties for the violation of the
zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provaded
in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and
after its effective date become a supplement to az~d part of the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance.
SECTION 7. Th.=.s urgency ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon ~.ts passage, and before the expiration of fifte
(l5) days after its passage, shall be published once with the
names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and
aga? nst the same in the Ch~~ca~_Ent~rprise-Record , , a newspaper
