The Board of Supervisors of the County of 3utte, State
of .-Californ~.a, under -and pursuant to Ordi•nanee :NU:- 475, as -aznaz~d~d -
a_nd decJ.arzng an emergency, DO ORDAIN , as follows
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall bQ and it is here-
by zoned as a '!TM-2" (Timber~Mountain) Distr~.ct for a period of
180 days, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restricted uses and regulations hereinafter spec? fled and prov~.d.ed
Said area so zoned being located at Forest Ranch, and
more particularly described as follows;
All of Sec 5 and See 6, T23N, R3E, MDB&M, and all of
Sec 31~ and Sec 32 j T2 QN , R3E , MDB&M .
Except~.ng therefrom; the~~ c~ = NE 4 of the SE a and the SEA
of the NE a of Sec 6, T23N, R3E, N4DB&M.
Also excepting therefrom; theY:NWa of Sec 5, T23N, R3E,
MDB &M .

SECTION Z . The fvllowzng regulations shall aptaly in a
''TM-2" (Timber-Mountain} District:
2.1 USES PE KNITTED:

b. Management, raising, harvesting and removal of trees,
shrubs, aeed~.ings, flowers, herbs and all food crops

for human or animal consumption.

the Zoning Enabling Ordinance . In compliance with the ?provisions
o~ the Zon~.ng Enabli?~g„Ord?~ance, this Ordnance shall from and of er
its effectjve date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning
Enabling Ordinance.
SECTION 6. This urgency ordinance shall take eff°ct
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(15) days after its passage shall be published once with the
ram4s of the membA~s of the Board of Supervisors voting far and
against the same in the Chico Entexp xise-Record , a
newspaper in general circulation in the County of Butte, State of
Californ~.a . The facts constituting the urgency on which this
ordinance are based are
1. That the area is presently under study for rezoning
2. To protect the health, welfare, and safety of the
people. .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 3Qth day of December,
1975, by the following vote:
