of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 9~5 (Amending "M-i" Light Industrial)
District, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following
located in Chico, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 9, 10, and 20 "Vista Del Monte Sub" per
Map of Record in Book 17 on Page 6 of the
Butte County Recorder, containing 23.06 acres,
more or less, Chico.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enter rise-Record , a newspaper published in the County
~of Butte, State of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the ~30t1i day of
December 1975' , by the following vote
AYES : Supervisors Cameron, Richter, Madigan and Cka irman Ladd
11 NOTES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor McKiilop
NOT VOTING : None
