The Board of Supervisors, of the County of Butte, State

of Californa, under and pursuant to Ord?nance No. 475, as

amended, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:

SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in

the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it ~.s
