of California, under and pursuant to Ord~.nan.cp No. X75, as amended,
and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION l . The hereinafter descri bed area sztuated izz
tfzA County of Butte, State of Cali Earn i a, shall be and i t is
hereby zoned as an °S-~" (Suburban) Distr? ct for a period. of l$0
days, and such area shall bs subject to the restrictioxzs and
restricted uses and reguiations hereinafter specified and provided.
Said area so zon°d being located northwest of Chico,
more particularly described as follows:
Lots I and 6 of °Cussick Tract" per map of r°cord
in Map BaolS l on Page 48 of the Butte County
Recorder.
Lot 15 of "Bay Tract No. 1" per map of record in
A?ap Book 1. on Page 18 of the Butte County Recorder.
Lots 5, 6 , 7, l2 , and l3, the 5 z of Lot l4 and the
westerly x51..29 ft . of Lot 8 of "Evans Tract" pQr
map of record in I'iap Book 3 on Page 67 of the Butte
County Recorder.
Containing 120 acres, more or less, Chico.
