AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 996 ZONING A
PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALI~'-
JRNTA, A "C--2" {GENERAL COA'.LMERCIAL} DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinar_ce Na. X75, of sa~.d
County, being the Zon~.ng Enabling Ordznancp as amended, DO
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 995 (Amer_d~.ng "C-2" General Commercial)
D3str~.ct, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the folla~-wing,
located in Paradise, mor° particularly described as faJ.lows:
Lot 12 of "wildwood Subdivision" ner map rQcorded
in the office of the Recorder of the County of
Butte i•n ?Rap Book 19, at pages 3'] and 38.
Excepting therefrom the following described property:
Beginning at ±.he NW corner of Lot 12, as shown on
that certain may entitled, "Wildwood Subdivision",
in the SW~ of the SEA of Sec 15, T22N, R3E, MDB&M,
a_nd recorded in Map Book 19, at pages 37 and 38,

That this Ordinance shall, take effect thirty ( 30} days
after the data of its adopta.on, and before the exnryration of

Paradise Posh , a newspaper publWshed ; n the County
